"Extraterrestrial" is all about other planets that could sustain life and asks scientists to predict what sort of species they could be.   This is a two programme series which looks at two imaginary planets, "Aurelia" and "Blue Moon". "Extraterrestrial" was commissioned by Channel 4, produced by "Big Wave", and the animation was produced by BBC Resources London.   The Miniature sets for Aurelia were built by Mike Tucker and his team at BBC Kendal Avenue and the computer generated environments for Blue Moon were generated by Alan Marques at "No Strings Attached".
